Exhibition Guide - York 2008

Exhibiting companies are invited to advertise their products and services in the Exhibition Guide.

Deadline for files 5th August 2008

This will be distributed to all members of the British Mass Spectrometry Society, regardless of whether they attend the event or not.
Delegates and visitors will of course be given a copy on entry to the site.
The back cover consists of a four page fold out flap, with the floor plan printed on the inside.
This offers three highly desirable special positions ie, back cover, inside back and the page facing the plan.
The inside front cover is also available.
Special positions are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.

Exhibition Guide

Please supply all advertisements as hi-res PDF files on CD, using Quark Express Mac or PC.
Please supply any specific Type fonts.
Logos should be supplied as Tiff files if required to be used in other parts of the guide, eg, if you are sponsoring an event.
Please do not supply film.
All bled advertisements will require a 3mm bleed .
All files must be sent with a colour or laser proof.

Website

The link for the MassSpectrum website should be supplied as a gif (animated if you wish).
The Link will be direct to your website.
