All stands are presented as shell schemes (flush panels 2.75m high, with Velcro receptive Grey and Blue Nylon finish) with Power and Lighting.

Each confirmed booking will include:

• A free 50 word editorial entry and logo in the online Virtual Exhibition Catalogue.

• The opportunity to Sponsor the Social events is open to all, as is the opportunity to advertise in the online Exhibition Guide - Virtual Exhibition.

Stands are released on a first come, first served basis.

All stand bookings will be invoiced by the BMSS (No VAT).

Please check the key on the floor-plan below for stand sizes/positions.

Poster Sites for Exhibitors

Poster sites for Exhibitors are £120.00 per site (0.50m width) in the Exhibition Hall only.

The price per Poster site is £120.00.

A list of exhibitors will be provided nearer to the event.
