Congratulations Exhibitors, we seem to have beaten all records for a sell
out.
Thank
you for your help in getting your forms back to us, there are of course a
few stragglers but its still early days yet! We are currently constructing
the Virtual Exhibition website
www.MassSpectrum.co.uk which will help promote the event starting from
early July.
We will be putting your details on the site
including direct links to your websites, so if anybody would like to add a
few news items or announcements over and above the 60 word free editorial,
they are welcome to start sending relevant word, gif or pdf files whenever
you are ready.....please supply them in readily useable form as we won't be
editing them or tampering with them in any way!
Those of you who are Advertising in the Exhibition catalogue will also see
your advertisement appear on this site. There is at this stage no option to
only appear on the site.
If you book an Exhibitors poster site in the auditorium of the main lecture
theatre, this will also be eligible for automatic entry to the site. All
exhibitors will appear with their company name and contact details plus
their 60 word editorial, accessed by either clicking on the Exhibitor list
or on their stand position on the floor plan. Please make the most of the
opportunity to give delegates a preview of the Exhibition and build interest
in your products and services prior to the event.
Sponsors of the social events will get a special mention, we will include
logos and pictures as well as a link from the homepage. Indeed anyone who
wants to supply relevant photos together with their editorial entry or news
item, please do so in Jpeg format! They will only appear on the website, so
smallish files please. Sponsors will also featrue in the Abstracts, the
Exhibition Catalogue and of course the BMSS website.
We hope this will prove to be a worthwhile addition to the event as a whole
and look forward to receiving oodles of interesting contributions.
The site will also be the source of various items such as pdf files of
Visitor Invitations, Exhibitor and Vehicle passes etc. as well as ongoing
information, maps and anything relevant and useful we can find.
It is important to stress that this is a totally independent website and has
no connection with the BMSS website
www.BMSS.org.uk which will continue to provide information on the
Conference and all matters pertaining to the BMSS membership. |
