The Exhibition Site

  • The James Watt 11 Building is a purpose built, self contained Conference/Exhibition complex which is locked at night with no access.

  • There is walkabout security on the site.

  • We would always advise you to lock-up or remove all valuable items such as Lap-tops for your own security and peace of mind.

  • The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of any valuables.

  • Please make sure you are suitably insured against loss or damage etc.

  • The building will be opened in the morning at 7.30am and closed at 10.00pm.

Build-up Day

  • Build-up will take place between 1.30pm and 10.00pm on Sunday 9th September and if necessary between 7.30am and 8.30am on Monday 10th September.

  • Exhibitors needing to offload heavy equipment onto their stand earlier than the given time on the 9th may do so by special arrangement with the organisers.

  • All deliveries should be notified to the Organiser on 0705 004 5893

  • Access for exhibits is restricted to one loading bay from the goods-in yard, direct into the Exhibition Hall between stands S-5 and S-6.

  • Space for vehicles is restricted, so please remove your vehicles as quickly as possible after unloading and use the FREE parking facility close by.

  • Exhibitors are required to start the unloading process from 1.30pm when access will be allowed and all shell scheme work should be completed or near completion. The installation of electrics may still be in progress, so if you have any specific requirements or additional needs you may have the chance to have adjustments made.

  • There will be a duty electrician on site for the duration of the exhibition in case of emergencies, power loss etc. Should the need for his services be necessary, please ask the organisers for help.

  • The Organisers will have a stand in the hall. Stands must be completed and occupied by 9.00am on Monday 10th.

  • The movement of boxes etc must be ceased by 8.30am on Monday to allow for the final cleaning before the start of the event.

Storage

  • For exhibitors requiring storage of large crates etc details will be provided (TBA).

  • Nothing can be delivered on site until 7.30am on Sunday 9th September.

  • All collections must be complete by 10.30pm on Wednesday 12th.

Knock-down

  • Knock-Down will take place from 2.30pm on Wednesday 12th September (or at the discretion of the organisers).

  • Exhibitors are requested to remain in the hall until the Knock-Down is announced.

  • Please be very careful not the block any gangways or the Goods Yard and respect other exhibitors who may wish to complete any meetings they may be engaged in at that time.

  • The hall must be totally clear by 5.30pm on 12th September.
