 Stand Prices:
This information should be studied in conjunction with the
Floor Plan.
The BMSS will issue you with
an invoice and Exhibitors Terms and Conditions, the receipt of which should
be acknowledged and the Terms studied as a legal document. For your
convenience the Terms will be posted on this website. Bookings will be
confirmed by the Exhibition Organiser in the order they appear on the
incoming email listing and will be regarded as fixed and final.
Stands are allocated
strictly on a first come, first served basis. We will always try to give you
your first choice stand but if this is not possible, to save time, a second
option is required to make sure you are not disappointed.
Previous exhibitors are
invited to pre-book to take advantage of the 2007 Prices. We will invoice
you for a 20% holding deposit for payment by 1st April. The
deposit will be deducted from the final price of your selected stand. For
simplicity, the 20% deposit will initially be based on the price of your
2007 stand. Of course if you are able to select a stand for the 2008 event
before we start to invoice, we will take that as the basis for the deposit.
The remainder will be invoiced later in the year.
The early booking rate will
be GBP220.00 per m2.
This will later increase to
GBP230.00 per m2. for bookings placed after 1st April.

also including poster sites for Exhibitors and information points together
with a press and information area.
Each 1m
wide poster site (PS.) will include a literature shelf which will require
maintaining on a regular basis.

price per Poster site will be GBP 120.00.
