City of York to Heslington Campus

Getting to campus from the City of York

The Heslington campus is served by several local bus and cycle routes.

By bus or bike the journey from campus into the city takes 10-15 minutes.

Car drivers are advised to avoid the city centre, as most of the roads within the city walls are pedestrianised during daylight hours every day (normally 10am-4.30pm).
